I'm glad to see this, Kaya's performance always inspires me as an actor, she made Effy be an unforgotten character.  

I think effy is the brother in the story and tony is the sister cause Tony was the only person who ever really understood her. like in the part where shes saying that the girl had really good eye sight and could see the boy really well even through all the grass. I think the grass is all of effys walls of drugs, clothes and dgaf attitude and tony was the only person who ever saw past her walls. also tony and effys parents never paid attention to effy, they focused on tony so yeah...jus thoughts

Okay I get it that she is the brother and Tony is the sister and when talking about the parents dying, she's talking about their marriage dying and eating grass means doing drugs. And the monologue is about her wishing Tony would help and stay with her. But what exactly does the lemonade stand for?
