Crazy that they went from the rats to "never playing with each other again" in just 2 weeks.

send them 2-3 months korea and forget

my GOAT Bwipo dismantled the team in a week

WT lacked time to get used to each other, Bwipo played like he was in Fly and the other guys played like they had Baussi on top still. Sucks it ended early , but at the same time it was kinda toxic for the players how everyone was talking about the dynamics of the team. Im kinda glad is over so all this drama can just pass and its just homies playing league again even if its not profesionally

Its crazy how outside of playing league the guys seemed to basically loved each other. Especially Crownie and Velja. Every video of LR content they seemed like they were the closest.

A lot of folks are having issue with what Yamato said about Nemesis having "earned the right to talk his sh*t", which is completely understandable, but I think it'd be good to know that Yamato himself replied to one of the comments, but it might get buried and not be seen much so I'm gonna copy and paste it here:
"It was in reference to our loss on the day not in general - It is not a pass to do whatever you want"

WT was just doomed to fail from the jump. No one realized how nicely Baus tied everything together both in playstyle and personality. Baus really created a positive atmosphere in the comms, always giggling and having fun even when they were losing. He kept everyone from pointing fingers at each other and was happy to take any blame, even if it wasn't his fault. And the impact he managed to have in late-game teamfights was just phenomenal. We will never have a team like LR again.

WT was a very interesting display to me of the importance of team "cohesion".  I wonder if "Super Teams" like HLE have had similar issues to WT.

I disagree with the nemesis take. Not in the topic of elo helled. Be he also really added and didnt help with that day. He was super condescending towards velja and telling him he is shit basically and saying he didnt know anything etc... that neevr should be said and honestly much worse than the stuff inspired said last worlds which blew up a team and he got some hate for it. The big thing nemesis should improve on in my opinion should be communication with other players he is either way too quiet or displays his opinions in too much of a negative way where it is no linger constructive.

No disrespect Yamato, but throwing Velja under the bus here is crazy. He has not spoken out against Crownie once since the incident. Velja is to blame for the gameplay, but definitely not for the behavior. Also Nemesis does have blame here, even though he plays out of his mind you cant deny that he has the mental of a fkn cucumber

RIP Witchcraft March 2026 - March 2026

Team was joever when crownie and neme tried to play a "we are lec players so we are automatically correct" against velja in the prio situation but had bwipo come in defense for velja, who this bullshit would never work against as hes more accomplished than both of them.
That was already happening during LR days, Baus and Velja would just take it, especially Velja. There is a reason one meme is "haha velja is always at fault" despite him being VERY clutch during important matches.

Their ego might have gotten out of hand after their split. Would be really interesting to know how much caedrel actually bandaged during the year considering his recent comments regarding them

The only way the team moves forward is if Rekkles goes ADC and Caedrel comes in as Support

I simply didnt see a Team, hope all of u just be friends in the future with no bad feelings at all. Great Memories with LR and WT,  you win together you lose together.

- Neme and speciely crownie are toxic team members.
- Velja constandly being flamed even in good games.
- instead of educating Velja he was insulted and flamed, everytime he wants to learn he was called ragebaiter.
- bwipo can't stop yapping all game.
- bwipo took over shotcalling in a team he never played before.
- rekkles is not vocal enough
- bwipo can't play late game or team fight for shit
- Yamato you struggled to manage your team, instead of being a neutral support you one sided or struggled to neutral.

Yamato. You actually opened our eyes with this WT team as to how serious the beef between Crownie and Velja was. Im sorry it ended so sour but i think it had to be public because all the LR fans were just unhappy calling the team off.  Now we are okay because we see the damage that can be done.

Its a shame that we cant watch Nemisis crush some people in competition for now.

Thanks for the hard work and commitment regardless of its ending, o7 Captain!

Personally what I took from LR and WT is a general lack of social coaching and leading conversations, and productive and constructive targeted coaching.  As far as I noticed only Rekkles writes down things he wants to focus on. Everyone else just has their vision of the game and tunnels into their vision. Caedrel did very well in projecting his overall knowledge and view of the game onto the team and leading them into the same direction so that all heads were looking the same way. He also managed conversations well in a way that everyone would stay quite grounded and had an opportunity to talk to an extend. I personally did think they were lacking a way of progressive learning and coaching where mistakes were focused on and corrected in a way that would hold up long term.

WT was in desperate need of a person who leads conversations to something constructive, which would lead up to mutual respect and good conversations about disagreeing topics.

Most western Esports pros seem to lack the experience in a "grown up" environment like a job, where you gradually learn how to communicate issues and work towards improvements. Nemesis seems like a good guy with great insights and knowledge but is often lacking in translating this to his peers for example.

I hope that all the boys keep playing and work on themselves and hope that Yamato tries to see where he fell short and improves on managing player conversations and conflicts

I feel like there was a combination of ego from Bwipo thinking he can just come in and play like he's in FLY and not adapt to a new team while simultaneously there were higher expectations for him to perform compared to Baus which led to a lot of disagreements, and his play style is wayyy too different to Baus after they'd spent a whole year getting used to his very niche play style. Also, it seems like a lot of frustration that had been building between Crownie and Velja that was mostly kept at bay by Caedrel (we saw many glimpses of it throughout last year) and later Yamato just kind of burst the second Caedrel was no longer around and Yamato wasn't there for a single day to keep them in line.

2:58 crazy L take, supporting the idea that good players can be toxic and condescending, instead of supportive and respectful, using their skill at a video game to make up for their lack of skills as a human. Giant L take.
