20:43 the "again" segment was hilarious, honestly blown away by the amount of abused this car took

Little tip for you Kev. Take out the motor and put the screws into the 26t slot. Runs a lot smoother and stays a lot cooler. For some reason traxxas meshes the mini xrt stupidly tight.

Sparks on the launch at 20:15-20:18, definitely needs a slo-mo!!!

Hey kev!! So glad you've done a video on this car, your the only person i trust to give an honest review and show us viewers how the car actually performs. Absolutely love the content as always, keep it up and never forget, when in doubt HIT FLAT OUT! And always remember to FINISH IT

I had overheating issues with my Mini XRT until I put a fan/heatsink on the motor and replaced the stock 25t pinion with a 20t one! It’s not that much slower and it still RIPS on 2S and the best part is, no more overheating!

one thing you can do to help with the overheating motor is moving the motor mount into the 26t spot cuz the the stock mesh is too tight

I like how Arlo wanted to be more mechanically sympathetic haha

Those stupid 3s brushless systems absolutely cook and Traxxas never even tries to cool them. No, fins, No fan, NO nothing.
This is the first time I've seen Traxxas make any type of effort to cool these things.

Come on Traxxas get it together!

A way to fix the overheating is to just adjust the mesh. It's way to tight from the factory. Got a fan on mine + fixed gear mesh and it doesn't even get WARM . By far one of the best RC's traxxas has made yet

Should I make a Kevin Talbot edit?

That's awesome!
Traxxas is down the road from where I live.
I'm in Frisco and they are in McKinney Texas.
The people who started it obviously got their
start at Raytheon which is just down the street
in McKinney.
