I just watched all the videos on your Toyota MR2 playlist and enjoyed them. You have done a good job fixing things. Why didn't you get new Hinge Pins for the door, I guess the washer was a quick fix that worked. I will now check out your other videos.

Such a weird problem. Did you try resetting the computer? Maybe it is the pigtail... I am curious. Testing the pigtail should probably be pretty easy, you could check to ground then check voltage the other way. If you need to test continuity for individual wires I assume it is probably fairly easy ...if you can disconnect the loom in the engine bay.

how did you measure the 8mm drop of the side door?

on mr2 news, still struggling with overfueling aka emissons failure. cannot find the issue, bled life out of coolant, timing is all right, vacuums god, can't find a faulty sensor, iacs & tps is good...ecu fault is looking likely other than hitting up mr mr2 for a bunch of sensors and shit to throw at it and see what sticks......NOBODY ELSE BUY ANY FOR 3S-GE RIGHT 😤🤣

You might have a problem, but I don't see it. Every time I buy a tool, I just subtract it from the cost of a retail repair at the dealership. It's like they are making money instantly!
