In this video, we take you on a trip to the town of Inés Indart in the Salto district of Buenos Aires province. There, we'll learn many stories from its present and past, walk its streets, and discover its oldest houses.
The highlight is a chat with Oscar Bolognese at his restaurant, "La Estación." Oscar tells us that he left an important position at an Italian multinational to return to his roots, to the town of his childhood.
