Staring directly into my soul..

The game is growing well at our lone LGS in Cambodia

In my local scene, while the number of unique players is slowly growing, attendance at NNs (Nexus Nights) has stayed fairly stable since Set 1, with usually 10 to 12 players per event. For comparison, we've had 10 NNs/Skirmishes with 8+ players in OGN, 14 in SFD, and 16 in UNL. I'm from Brazil's 6th or 7th largest city, and I believe the following factors are holding back the game's growth here:

1. Launch pricing. The game released at an extremely high price point. OGN boxes were valued between $250 and $400, in a country where the minimum wage is $315. This put off many potential players here, many of whom never gave the game a second chance. We're trying to revert that now that prices are better (UNL is releasing with boxes between $120 and $150).
2. No official tournaments above Skirmish level. It's hard to compete for more hardcore players when the game doesn't offer a big stage with meaningful prizing. Lorcana, Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Flesh and Blood all have established competitive circuits here, some running multiple tournaments a year. Once Showdowns (and potentially RQs) arrive in Brazil/South America, I expect a real surge in players.
3. Event length. A minor issue some players have raised: while other card games can wrap a 6-round tournament in 6 hours or less, Riftbound Skirmishes with 4 rounds + top 4 routinely take 8+ hours.

We have a very active local scene. One of the LGS’s exploded to 64 players per nexus night, which is the cap. So more players want to play than there’s space for.

As someone who got into TCG’s a year ago starting with One Piece, Riftbound has been my second TCG. I will say Riftbound seems healthier for a meta than One Piece in its current state.

Loving the growth of the game and can not wait to see what is stored in the future for Riftbound. My local community has a discord server and it's been growing rapidly in these recent months.

From Malaysia, our weekly Tuesday NN fills out registration the day before pretty much, hitting 64 players. The Saturday NN events attract fewer people, though it's still 40-50 people weekly

In my médium city here in France RB seems to be stable with a few amount of new player geting in.
For the moment they tend to disapear rapidly but we will see if some may comeback , can be because of end of scolar year with examen and vacancy.

In terme of sell, its so much working that it can be tricky to obtaint card at least at the release , every market are sold out very fast but after a few moment stock come back and everybody can buy card after 3 weeks , 1 month.

In local event it turn around 6 At 12 for tournamement. On the contrary preview event are full praticly  all 6-8 event preview in the town  are full with  around 20 people.

I have the impression that most of the buyer of the game here are collectioneur and for now number of player doest not grow that much. But the people who seems to continue to play stay for a loooong time !

My local LGS sign ups filled up last night for a 42 player pre-rift scheduled today, Monday at 6pm.

Game is massive in Singapore. Events are held daily with multiple places hosting nexus nights on the same day

I genuinely wish I could play more and attend more events, but my schedule right now just doesn’t allow for it. I mainly just attend the pre-rifts when they happen is all I can pull off at the moment given my current schedule.

Speaking for the Chinese scene, it seems to be the best supported TCG with pokemon having a more minor presence.  It feels like China's introduction to TCGs in general is being done right now with Riftbound.

My nexus nights have about 40-60 people still. Blessing and a curse due to how meta games work

My local LGS in Nottingham regularly get 30 people at Nexus Nights and Skirmishes, and we have at least a few other LGS’s that also run Nexus Nights and Skirmishes for like 10+ players consistently. Really great scene, including the competitive side!

In my city there are few shops competing for players to come to Prerifts. And we usually get around 10-15 players on regular events and over 20 on Prerifts. Since I live in a smaller city, this is pretty good. Especially since most of tcg's happening here are MTG and Yugioh

I expect if the game keeps up being good it will do something similar to one piece. One piece was popular for a year but around the second year mark when it was more mature and settled in then people really started coming in.
