as a cat, he was required to make at least one escape attempt or risk being ousted by the kitty community

The perfect name for a cat that looks like he enjoys a fine high-back chair, a good book, a warm glass of milk before bed, and checks his blood sugar regularly.

Tolstoy is so dignified... he's like, "I feel like I'm being tortured rn but I'm going to act like it doesn't bother me and lick the air"

@laurakastrup 4 years ago

His face is literally the physical embodiment of “he’s a little confused but he got the spirit”

@SweetlyTwisted 3 years ago

Behaviour-wise, he seems quite content and relaxed

Tolstoy looks like he's contemplating life while simultaneously not having a single thought in his head
I love him already

Given all of the blinking he was showing you at the end, he really MUST have enjoyed the process and felt relieved. Tolstoy was a very lovely, dandy lad.

Tolstoy is such a distinguished gentleman, but his sweet little nose made me smile. When he had had his blow out he looked like a cute puffball. I am happy he did not need to be fully shaved.

That attempted escape seemed like a formality rather than an actual effort, it's always good to see a well behaved cat on this channel!

Tolstoy looks like there's an error 404 message dimly displayed where his brain should be. But he is absolutely adorable. The quick death of his rebel spirit was hilarious.

That attempt at freedom 🤣 after that he couldn't be bothered he knew he wasn't fast enough.

Nothing makes my heart soar quite like watching a cat go "mlem mlem mlem" when they are enjoying themselves.

“One thing I love about this cat is that he has a permanent look on his face as though somebody just told him ‘You are the father.’” And now I can’t unsee it.
