This morning I give my first impressions of Goa with caveat that I’ve only really seen a small part of Southern Goa having spent six weeks between Benaulim, Pololem, and a few of the surrounding areas.
I give my thoughts on costs that most people will incur including food, accommodation, entertainment and transport - these being all very reasonable. I also give my opinion on Goans themselves.
Being that it’s monsoon here one might think Goa should be bypassed but I feel the rainy season offers a great deal for travelers with the lush countryside, cooler weather, and a lot less tourists in the area.
I also talk with Neha Sagar, a designer from Bangalore, about her life, family, dreams, and wants in life on the roadside as she enjoys holidays in Goa.
A great, if not rushed, morning in Palolem, Goa.
