sorry, but this barber ruined the guy's hair and beard. He could have done a straight-across cut at the front, taking advantage of the fact that the guy's hair was long. His beard could have been trimmed in a more professional way by designing it so his face looked square. Furthermore, his hair needs a lot of hydration, as it is visibly dry.
Given how burnt out his hair was and his general demeanor, I’m guessing this gentleman is unhoused. This may account for the choices made to cut his hair short and leave the beard intact. Regular maintenance on either of them may be outside his budget.
Is it just me or the barber gives the same haircut to everyone, that’s what I think, he uses the same technique and style for everyone. And he should use something on the neck of the person , or at least move the hair away
