What did Jesus say we should expect before the end—and how should Christians respond when the world feels increasingly uncertain?

In Mark 13:1-8, Jesus gives His disciples a sobering look at what lies ahead. He warns them about deception, false teachers, wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes, famines, and trouble. But in the middle of His warning, Jesus gives a command we desperately need today: “Do not be troubled.”

In this message, Pastor Robert examines the beginning of Jesus’ Olivet Discourse and explains why biblical prophecy should produce confidence, not panic. Rather than trying to decode every headline or predict when the end will come, followers of Christ are called to know God’s Word, guard against deception, trust what Jesus has said, and remain faithful while we wait for His return.

You’ll discover why Jesus predicted the destruction of the temple, how believers can recognize spiritual deception, what wars and global turmoil really mean in light of biblical prophecy, and how to have peace when the world around you feels anything but peaceful.

What You’ll Learn:
1. Why Jesus predicted the destruction of the temple

2. Why Jesus’ first end-times warning was about deception

3. How to recognize false teachers and false claims about Christ

4. What Jesus meant by “wars and rumors of wars”

5. Why we shouldn’t try to decode every troubling headline

6. How knowing Scripture protects us from spiritual deception

7. How Christians can have peace in an uncertain world

8. Why troubled times don’t have to produce a troubled heart

9. How to live faithfully and confidently while waiting for Christ’s return

Troubled times don’t have to produce a troubled heart. Jesus already told us what to expect—and we can trust Him with what comes next.

We pray that you are blessed by the message!
