The larvae can still crawl into those vacuum bags. It happened to me. They also will eat the dust on the floor or inside the closet even if you remove all the clothes. They can sleep for 2 years if no food. And they even hid inside nail heads and drawer metal racks!!

If you think you can put your cloths in plastic bags the larvae can chew through that.
