I’m a freelance writer in my 30s living in Kobe. Today, I visited some select shops, retro buildings, and hidden-gem cafes in Kobe that I’d been curious about, and in the evening, I took part in a hand-drip coffee workshop at a specialty coffee shop in the city. It was a day out in Kobe with my sister—a day filled with stylish, inspiring finds, art, architecture, and a relaxing, antique-style cafe where we could unwind. It was a holiday that truly reset both my body and mind.
