this clip much better, because you show the result while fishing as well, I canceled my fishing trip today so I am going to salt my mullet. Thanks again for nice clip.

This works really well with mullet gut or chicken gut. The onion in mullet are really tough but this will toughen the rest of the gut so it stays on hook much better.

Great simple video mate... I have done this with mullet and prawns.
I cut my mullet into bait strip's and take 250gm of mullet add 8 tablespoons of salt and 2 of brown sugar to a plastic bag... shake them good then place in fridge over night... baits go really rubbery, works great on prawns to.

Great video. Where did you get the containers that you’re using? Thanks

Greetings sir, I'm from Indonesia. I want to ask what fish did you use?
what is mullet.
then for the fish scales, what do we have to lose first before salting.
I hope the Chanel will be more successful.

Can salted bait like this last by being in salt in a room temperature, or does it has to be in a fridge?

When you put the bait in the salt do you leave the container at room temperature are do you put in a refrigerator to dry out the bait?
