playing without a map is a bigger handicap than i expected...

The only aim in Rust is to survive. To do this you will need to overcome struggles such as hunger, thirst and cold. Build a fire. Build a shelter. Kill animals for meat. Protect yourself from other players, and kill them for meat. Create alliances with other players and form a town. Do whatever it takes to survive.

I love the "Rust but" series. Need to do a "Rust but I'm a Hermit Crab", whenever you find a bigger base you have to switch, and if you raid a bigger base you have to take over, you can do repairs, but no major renovations to the base, all older bases can't be active, but you can use them if you want.

I think the process of navigation has been over simplified by built in maps in games, there's something very satisfying and immersive about needing to create your own maps and refrences for getting around.
