Yes please I’d like to see a video about a locker de clutter. Take care Gill

@Captains-waggery 3 months ago

At least the locker won’t go rusty!

@SlimTortoise 3 months ago

Keeps the rust away. 😉

@jennymathewson 3 months ago

OMG that's a lot of stuff you carry around in that locker. I definitely think you need a declutter!

I was hoping you would use the old mop head you were going to replace to clean the storage area before you through it out

What a mess!! Too much STUFF!!

A tip for next time. Buy some Swarfega Degreaser. Spray the area with it - just lightly- leave a few minutes, then rinse with warm water with a bit of detergent. Works on fabric. Can remove oil stains from drives. …….

Get a cheap small ratchet strap and loop it around the spare wheel before you slide it back in , it'll be far easier to get pull it out next time

What a nightmare 😮 still on the plus side, it could have been a lot worse and more expensive.

Saw dust or cat litter.

Two positives to be had , here Adz .

First off , it was oil , i had a full can of unleaded petrol go in my little van/runabout couple three weeks ago , during the first heat wave . It must have expanded and burst in the heat , yet the smell still lingers , even now . I have an hours commute morning and night everyday to work , so while this middle east scrap was going i kept a gallon in the van , just in case i had problems getting any . I wouldn't have minded , but it was a new fuel can too .

And second , your ski locker has a door on each side . My Hymer doesn't , just the one on the nearside , because my step is where your other access door is ! B584

That locker is a bit of a Tardis. Defo needs a clear out!

Keep the tyre mats. Leave the Workmate. I thought I was bad carrying ‘stuff’ when we had a MH with a garage but I never carried a Workmate. ( We’ve downsized to a smaller MH / Campervan - we carry much less ‘stuff’)
