It's about what you wanna do to be strong, it's about what you can sacrifice to become what you wanted to become . It come down to how bad you want it. If you want it bad enough you will do anything to get it. That's about everything in life, it needs sacrifice and dedication. So set a goal, see yourself achieving that goal and work as much as required and win it.
Always stay motivated ♥

I am still blown away that people have the tenacity to give a thumbs down to these videos. They have either never chased the pump or don't understand what a pump really even is! Great video as always. Keep up the hard work.

Weightlifting changed my life went from partying everyday heroin addiction to turning 30 couldn't fall farther. Locked in the gym then locked in my discipline then my diet then the supplements. Anxiety gone. Self defeating talk gone. I'm gonna be 34 and I'm healthier and feel better than I did at 21. Weightlifting is the gift you give yourself that keeps on giving. When it becomes your lifestyle it changes how you live your life. I work 10 hour days at Wayfair warehouse then come home and lift for and hour 15 min. There's something euphoric in being the biggest guy and just not taking shit from anyone.

This video and Rich P gets me in beast mode. I look at this video about 100 times during my workout. I'm 42 but I'm in better shape than guys in there 30s. Miss you Rich P

We can be friends, but not when I'm training. I TRAIN ANGRY! That way, I can be happy when I shove my success down the throat of everyone who doubted me!

I just had to share that this video got me through so many grueling sets in the gym, eight months tuning into this kind of thing, and I pushed myself while crying through a set of narrow stance hack squats at 425lbs. Bless you, Makeveli motivation. Never stop what you’re doing.
