Good old tv. No matter how silly it was, it still had that soothing, comforting quality about it

Oohh l remember going on those trains! Dressed in Sunday best - with short white socks - mother wearing gloves - black smuts everywhere - and a porter in a peaked cap...so exciting.
I'm 80 now and still love trains...😊

Wonderful tales depicting the England I loved in the street scenes. Unfortunately, only memories for me now. Now, from elsewhere in the world, I will never return. But the memories of a magic childhood will never be forgotten.

I'm so silly. It never occurred to me that Agatha Christie wrote anything but murder mysteries.
This was so much fun. It was as if PG Wodehouse had written a Film Noir.
Thank you for uploading this!

I’ve watched only the first 3 episodes, so far.
I was expecting the usual murder mysteries with Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple that I’ve seen many times before in many adaptations, but was delighted to find stories here that I never knew existed.

I’m an American and I just found this and I’m binge watching it. It’s so much better than the garbage they put on TV these days.

I don't know why these are considered forgotten I don't know why they're not shown today. They are wonderful. There are whole generations who have never seen these before. They seem to be brand new and just as fresh as the day they were made, they should be shown.Young people would love to see these

How refreshing to have an entertaining show we can enjoy with out swearing, sex scenes, killing or gore.

As a die-hard Agatha Christie fan who’s devoured every one of her books, I genuinely thought I’d seen all the adaptations too—clearly, I missed a gem! Thanks for setting the record straight—absolutely loving this discovery!

😂😂😄🙌❤️
Agatha obviously had fun writing this story, shades of Tuppence and Tommy; I bet she wrote the whole thing while travelling by train, and people-watching to pass the time.
Thanks!!

Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable divertissement ! Good tele doesn't need gallons of blood, or acres of flesh, or bad language to give amusing entertainment.
