The words "dissolute" and "excessive"  come to mind when talking about Flynn but he had more screen presence, confidence and magnetism than almost any other actor that lived.

Anytime he's on TV, even if the movie is halfway done I still watch it.

Flynn said in his book:-  " I played a corpse. They wheeled me in. Pulled the sheet back, ' That's him, ' " they said. Some say it was my best role. "

No movie could ever do justice to such an extraordinary life.

It's rare that an actor can capture the essence of such an iconic figure but this guy was great.

A remarkable man, a magnificent actor

WHEN THE LAST FILM IS BEING MADE IN HISTORY, PEOPLE WILL STILL TALK OF ERROL FLYNN.WE WILL NEVER SEE HIS LIKE AGAIN.

Errol Flynn is unrivalled to this very day and still remembered 65 years after his death. God bless him, there will never by another actor with his on screen presence. He had everything we love in our hero's.

Whoever plays Errol Flynn in this movie has a hell of a jab

David Niven was a close friend, and they shared a house for some time. (About Errol Flynn’s famous/infamous house on Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles, old Hollywood vlogger Daze with Jordan the Lion has a YouTube video about it and visits the site. The beautiful house was razed and a new one built for Justin Timberlake.) David Niven’s book “The Moon’s a Balloon” is a gem and describes their friendship and experiences. Errol Flynn was a charming rascal who lived his short life to the fullest.

I just saw a wonderful interview with his daughter here on YouTube.  She absolutely adored her dad - and was very proud of him.

Errol Flynn, was the man and the only Robin Hood.

He may have died at 50 but he enjoyed his life.

Such a interesting life. One handsome man

To play Captain Blood in only his second film that's good going.

Hollywood needs to do a real movie about Errol

Duncan Regehr does a fantastic job in what is a complex role.

What a guy !

Noone can play Errol. He was a one off

Reproducing Flynn's charismatic persona is impossible, as with any one of a kind personality. By the time he made "Adventures of Don Juan", "Against All Flags","Kim", & "Master of Ballentrae" time&bad habits had wrecked his health&shot holes in his stardom....yet he still stands upon his own monument.
