Not going to lie, them asking OP to go through the messages to find out what he said that upset them feels like they were trying to set him up; they couldn't find something to be upset about, so they were hoping he'd dig it up for them and they could use it as ammunition. Only for it to backfire as OP gave them evidence of THEM being rude to HIM.
