If you practice each movement in 30 seconds, and alternate side to side, that'll be the equivalent of a 30 min workout that will blow you away.

First think what you intend to do, get your foot paterns correct then start slowly and lightly until you feel relaxed then treat it like a dance increase speed. I use bike innertubes. You do not need fancy equipment.

Thank you ❤I'm 1st Kyu, returning to Judo after nearly 25 years(65 now) doing this once a week now, weight training 2 days a week, and and aerobic excersise 1 day then date of rest. I love doing these excersises!

Great video. I cant train currently because of injury but the great thing about the resistance bands is that you can adjust the amount strength needed and still work on your coordination. Thank you!

Just started taken Judo class for the last 2 weeks and happy to discover this training video using resistance bands. Very helpful not just for body core but to better your techniques. Thank you for posting this video on YouTube!!
