I rescued a Korean Jindo 6 years ago. She had been running wild in the hills, super skinny and almost bald, fearful. She’s beautiful and loving and protective now. Her fur is so soft. She’s gorgeous and happy.

I have watched hundreds of your videos. Something that I noticed is that while you are in the kennel with the dog, and you are talking to the camera and US….the dogs start to relax to your voice. They are often so exhausted, they begin to fall asleep. It takes the pressure off (and haha, as I type this…you just said this). Love you Rocky. So happy to support your channel and these beautiful creatures.

Hi Rocky!! I wanted to share my story with you. I haven’t had a dog since mine died back in 2014. Two weeks ago I saw a plea on Facebook for help with a dog that was dumped with another dog the day before. She is a young, maybe 7 months pit bull mix pup. She was definitely abused. I ran a got her. Watching her transformation from shivering, drooling out of fear to knowing she is safe and loved now, is amazing. She is the sweetest dog, trained pretty well. Housebroken too. I gained a new friend and she gained a home. My Bella!!

We rescued a three-leger Kelpie from Friends of the Fairmont in Castro Valley, CA. Her name was Kona and she started just like this beautiful boy. We brought her home and shared our lives with her for 13 years. Best dog ever! Your life will never be the same if you adopt and my Kona Girl will send you blessings if you do.

He looks very much like a Mino Shiba, a rare type of Shiba Inu dog from the Gifu Prefecture of Japan, known for its deep red color, lack of white markings, and sometimes a sickle tail instead of a curl. He is such a handsome dog. 🤎

This is genuinely one of the most gorgeous dogs I've ever seen. The coat color! 😍  So many dogs are so beautiful, but man this one with his soulful eyes and utterly gorgeous coat is just something else.  I REALLY hope someone who has a lot of land, a farm, or just somewhere where this boy can work HARD every day can come and adopt him and give him a life of love and purpose!

He’s just SPEAKING to me. My fiancé and I would absolutely LOVE to adopt this sweet scared boy. My man is the gentlest, emotionally intelligent animal lover and a woodworker who could build him a fun optional doghouse outside or ramps and play things. Of course we’d keep him in our bed with us too. And we have 200 acres up in Washington where we could take him on the best walks and trails. He’ll be spoiled rotten. I can easily fly down and meet him whenever he’s ready. We will fill out the application. 🧡

Edit: my future husband’s middle name is Clifford and I’d love to consider that name for this big red dog. OR Corduroy 🥰🐾

He is an extremely handsome boy. He is listening to everything you are saying.

He's as dark as  cinnamon, so handsome! His one ear perked when you said "treat." And I love his eyes when you told him he was a good boy. 💜

That pup has the saddest but deepest eyes ever! Just precious!

Sometimes I think that is what being a true grown up is-learning you can’t control what is going on around you or in the world, but you can control your actions and even your emotions with your self-talk!

The most beautiful dog i have ever seen omg

I love what Alexis said about cats needing time and respect just like dogs🙏

PRAYERS FOR ALL THOSE INNOCENT ANIMALS.

Thanks for helping Rusty. :_RockyLove:

If you could stop making me cry that would be great.....

Former Jindo owner!! My heart dog. They were bred for hunting - not flushing or retrieving like U.S. "hunting" dogs. Jindos were bred for going out, killing pigs, and bringing their owners to the prey (kind of like Catahoula hounds).  They are HIGH prey drive and independent, train well and easily IF they see it to their advantage (reward based, free shaping is ideal). It was ALWAYS clear in our relationship that he was with us because he wanted to be, but if a better offer came up, he'd  be gone😂 Fortunately, we stayed up to his standards. He was also a Canine Good Citizen, and became a therapy dog. ❤ He was a great ambassador for his breed. Btw, our Jindo was also found wandering the streets, he had no hair except on the areas he couldn't scratch. It grew back with diet and flea care. ❤

Thank you so so much for spending extra time with Rusty. It definitely made a tremendous difference. It opened him up to his first walk being a truly positive experience and those first steps will carry forward beautifully. 💙  For some reason, this guy touched a deeper level in me. I pray he finds the perfect forever home and family for him.

Let me tell you about my Rusty. It was an extremely difficult adoption. My poor baby had been thru extreme neglect, and much thanks to local shelter for investing the care that saved his life. Took a long time and lots of love to get him settled down. But I was happy to care for him, and then for the next 15 years he took care of me. He crossed the rainbow bridge in April. RIP Sweetest Boy Ever.

This is one of the most beautiful dogs I’ve ever seen!!
