The first 5½ minutes of this film including Charles Moore's introduction have poor sound quality . At 5:30 the problem of echoing sound is put right and the rest of the film is reasonable quality. One only has a problem with the first 3½ minutes of Moore's talk (2:00 to 5:29). Boris Johnson arrives at the lectern at 9:55 and the rest of the event is a double-act between the two of them.
