What makes this interview so priceless is that he gave his all into this album, not knowing it would be his last, but he made the album with his heart & soul: Timeless 🏁🏁🏁🏁

For 42 mins and 20 seconds the entire outside world was tuned COMPLETELY out of my peripheral and my dawg's voice, face and energy had me feeling like he was still here.

When Nipsey died that day I cried tears for him. He was too positive of a person and artist. Plus watching him finally make it to see his Victory Lap album finally become a thing. He had been gearing up for this moment and time since he created the whole “Marathon” theme for his music. RIP Nipsey/Long Live Nipsey 🏁🙏🏾

Nipsey had/has one of the best energies I’ve ever observed from a rapper. He was more than that. He reminds me of Tupac in a sense. We lost such a pure clear soul. Legendary Prolific Nip💙🩵🩶 🕊️TMC 🏁🏁

So so painful to think that we’ll never be blessed with another body of work from this great man/artist. Support the art that we have and let The Marathon continue 💪🏾

the fact that Nip referenced Scarface and Common shows that he was really devoted to the music. A Hip Hop head for sure
