Eddie is naturally funny. One of the all time greats.

He's one of those dudes like Robin Williams and Don Rickles who ALWAYS puts on a good show when they're a guest on a late night talk show.

Eddie had such a mischievous look. So cute.

Eddie has more charisma than just about anyone else in show business. 😍

Eddie Murphy is the funniest man alive, next to David Letterman, or really wherever he's sitting.

Eddie’s not only the goat but now a legend that’s gone down in history. As a comedian. Actor. Producer. Writer. Director. Impressionist and caring friend to help others make it in Hollywood. Especially to the black community. MAD RESPECT EDDIE. 👌🏾👍🏾

I'll never forget Eddie on Late Night when he brought up that Dave and Michael Jackson were both from Gary Indiana. "So... did y'all know each other coming up?". I laughed my ass off.

His Johnny Cash impression was spot on! This guy is a hell of a talent. 23:18

"You ever had boogers in your nose?" 😁 That joke stayed with me after hearing it over 30 years ago. I was not sure where Eddie said it, but I just remember him saying it and how he said it.

Beautiful man. Been a fan since a kid in the 80s.

David Letterman and Eddie Murphy always have a blast when they're together on TV. Am I right?

Kindred spirits in a delightful conjunction, Mr. Rogers and Eddie Murphy.

Even now, when he seems reluctant and doesn't want to be there, once he warms up he's as funny and charming as ever. He can't help being Eddie. ❤

I just love Eddie. Somehow he and Dave play off each other so well. Maybe it’s a NY thing, but they are incredibly entertaining together.

HE AIN’T LYING about how cold that theater was. I went to a David Letterman taping in the 90s when The Roots and Erykah Badu were the musical guests and it was freezing 🥶 in there! I’ve heard guests on Stephen Colbert say the same thing. I guess it was just a cold building.
