Her snatch is amazing. I could watch it all day.

Awesome technique !
One question : she started her training (35kg) with lifting straps, even though it's light weight for her.
Can anyone tell us why ?
(wrists stability ?, to avoid injuries ? ).

Teve um período que eu fazia trezentos repetições de flexões de braços quase todos os e depois passei a fazer até o corpo não ter mais recuperação de chegar no ponto de sentir choque pelo corpo

How do they manage to lift so heavy weight? Do they focus on high reps or lower reps?
i am sure many guys are more muscular than her but still they can't lift weight that easily, and she lifted weight multiple times

When you film warm sessions are you normally shooting 24/30 fps and then during comp lifts 120 plus? Or are you shooting 120 even during warm up lifts?
