What can I use on the engine fins to bring them back up to their proper colour. Mine have gone slightly black.

Penny nailed it, looks industrial.
Anything that shows the mechanicalness of a component, I like.

Just back from the first long cruse after installing a 19T sprocket last week, while it did notice the motor lugging a little pulling away from a stop, going down the back farm roads at 65 mph was much more relaxing. The motor still pulled well event coming back up hills with a 20mph head wind. If it wont bake 95 mph with a 19t sptocket maybe we need a Delboys front flaring desgn in the works. thanks for all the tips... cheers

Like the look of the sprocket cover... Will need to take a look in the attic my gran had a cast iron pot stand you used to use to put hot pots on a table, looked vey similar, drill a few holes, bobs your uncle throw it on the Divvy, not exactly going to hurt the performance and could be the start of a rattage....

Yay time for another round of the Delboy's Garage drinking game. 1 shot every time Del uses the word 'billet'...
That cover looks awesome, easier to get the muck out of too.

Looks awesome dude!!! Love to see engineering and mechanical stuff on show!!
With a fear of going all girly on you, I do like that t-shirt!!!!
I've got something I wanna post down to you but need to check the legality of it all first.

Another tasteful addition for sure. I'm sure the original thought behind the sprocket cover was to 'emulate' the original unit gearbox on the old Bonnies.
Had 90 minutes on the T100 Black edition as a test ride from Triumph Newcastle yesterday, and I was blown away.To be honest it's all the bike I've ever really wanted and to say that the reality didn't disappoint is an understatement. I'm smitten. It's entirely possible that I could pull the trigger on a new one albeit at the cost of selling the Enfield (I'll be paying cash) and the opportunity of having one for the long term from new is sorely tempting. Yes I know that theres an initial depreciation hit, there always is, but if you're keeping the bike long term, this hardly matters. I'll have to ride it stock for the rest of this year, before I can afford to change the pipes etc. The one I rode had the Triumph TORs on it and they were pitifully quiet IMHO, so I know the stock one's wil be disappointing. Still, won't be long before I have the TEC 'Tracker' 2-1 on there.
The sting in the tail is of course having to let the Enfield go, as I love it to bits. Yes, it has it's limitations, I knew those before I bought it, and frankly I was surprised by the fact that it was not nearly as limited as I had thought. It's never failed to put a smile on my face, Hell, I can always buy another one down the line, as a project can't I?
So, I'd appreciate your opinion on the prospect of buying new, seeing as you've been there. I know there's rumour of a larger capacity, water cooled Bonnie variant in the pipeline, but honestly, there's more than enough for me in the current 865cc's. I could go on and on and on about it. Endlessly haha. As ever your thoughts would be gold to me.
All the best
Peter

I saw a video on YouTube on tyres for our Harley shop, they were quoting 10,000 plus miles for the Commander 11 then came the ME 888 followed by the Cobra, the largest m/cycle tyre retailer is just about 500 metres from my place so should get a good price hopefully. Builders here Thurs weather permitting then Freddie Fatboy can come home. Will try to get down your way later on in the yrs, you can try our Freddie & see what you think. All the best šš
