In this video I show you exactly how I prepare my particle mix for carp fishing, from the initial soak through to boiling and simmering it ready for the lake.

This batch was soaked for around 48 hours, then brought up to the boil and simmered for approximately an hour. I’ll show you the process, what I’m looking for as it cooks, and what the finished particle should look like.

This is the method I use for my own carp fishing and a simple way of preparing a mixed particle bait at home.
