Hello! This is Urban Report!
Today, we're reporting on the ongoing redevelopment around Shinagawa Station's west exit!
The area will see dramatic changes over the next decade or so, including plans to level Keikyu Shinagawa Station, the redevelopment of the Shinagawa Station block, and the redevelopment of the Shinagawa Station West Exit area.
In addition, a new deck will be constructed above National Route 15 at the west exit, improving accessibility between the station and the surrounding blocks.
Shinagawa Station, the starting station for the Linear Chuo Shinkansen, is scheduled to open after 2034, and is poised to develop into a world-class city.
