This guy is my favorite. I feel so bad for him every time he realizes he was lied to by the regime.

He is very sharp; he would have made it very far in the ranks in a Western army. He picked up every technical detail instantly. 3:46 - how quickly he realized how game-changing this target system is compared to manually aiming. He didn't grow up with video games and high tech. I think it's remarkable how swiftly he understood.

Dude's experience with soviet era weaponry is very apparent lol

You can tell, this man legitimately understands the weaponry and is terrified that he could have faced this.

This guy is the real deal. “If I were to tell my soldiers anything it would be if you see an anti-tank middle get out and find cover. The target for the missile is the tank.”
This guy must’ve been an exceptional commander and leader. You can tell he cared about his soldiers

Now show him drones warfare

you can tell this guy was a good tank commander. he knows his stuff.

I’m a recently retired US military flight test engineer. His head would explode if he’d ever gone to work with me and seen some of the weapons systems I helped developed. Even after 45 years of doing my job rarely did a day go by I wasn’t amazed at the ingenuity and brilliance of the systems my colleagues came up with.
My last day on the job was almost as exciting as my first day, I’m so lucky!

0:20 "Put this on USB and throw it to North Korea " 😂😂😂 This dude got jokes😂😂

Mr Kwon's parting thoughts truly struck a chord. Choosing a life of freedom has given this brilliant man the life he deserves.

I was a tank commander 30 years ago and I am glad I never had to worry about javelin's or drones coming my way.  Also, relying on your coax to clear mines is crazy lol.

He did not know many of the new weapon systems before the videos, but you could see he was falling back on past weaponry knowledge to intelligently grasp new concepts very quickly - my favourite commentator.

Hes my favorite man. So much passion in the way he speaks and hes so charismatic. Would love to see him interact with the other NK guys.

The tactical mind on this guy, processing mind blowing information and putting it into practical context in a matter of minutes. This man could have had a stellar career in any military on the planet.

His knowledge of tank warfare and doctrines is 60-80 years out of date. Shows what capabilities NK really have.

Love how NK is like we won't show you it, and only give vague info. While America is like here's a 3D model and exact method on how it works, and how to use it!

This wonderful man could lecture about military and life and I'd listen to it all day. He's well-spoken and truly passionate about freedom.

You could show him different types of tanks used in the world with armor profiles, strengths and weaknesses. You look at him and instantly see how interested he is in the topic!

I was a combat engineer that rolled With 3rd armor in the Gulf War in 91 . The technology we had was incredible back then with the devastation it caused. I can't imagine what it is these days

The look on his face when they showed the view finder that locks onto the tank.
