Ang ginagawa ng SB19 is a revolution for our creative economy. Kapag masigla ang creative economy, maraming sectors ang magbebenefit. Nowadays, parang flex na ang pagiging Filipino and we are now on the pedestal internationally.

Agree. Good thing there is a group like SB19 who have the brains and courage to fight for  the music industry rights to for government support in representing the music industry globally.

SB19 is using their influence not just for themselves. Damay ang future artists who wants to perform abroad. What they were doing is called lobbying. The politicians don't know the extent of bureaucracy that travelling artists go through because di sila artists. That's why SB19 has to compile things needed to be changed kasi danas nila kung gaano ka hirap ang logistics pag nag woworld tour sila. hindi lang sila ang included sa logistics. Kasama jan yung mga dancers, makeup artists, stylists, sound engineers, etc. Lahat yan sila kelangan ng Visa. Ma-deny ang isa, pilay ang production nila. So paano mag peperform ng maayos? They don't want to rely on foreign staffing na di naman nila nakasama sa practice.

Take the Filipino band, Missioned Souls, for example. They weren't able to secure their visas in time for their US performance. Such a waste! Everything else was ready, even the American fans inspired by their music.
Big, big kudos to SB19 for using their platform to make a meaningful change in government policy. This is the first step of a marathon journey, so much more needs to be done after this. Pero as it is, our politicians are too busy looking out for themselves to be looking out for us, kaya we need to make a stand. Let's support PACE, kasi eventually, we will all benefit from it, hindi lang ang creative industry, but everyone eventually, especially economically. This is SB19's dream. Sana lahat ng ating artists concerned sa Pinas like them.

To answer the last question, just like BPO, may ambag din ang music industry sa economy ng Pinas and also, these artists have fans abroad, especially SB19. These fans buy their merch even fly to the Philippines just to watch their concerts. The more fans they attract, the more we get tourists.

SB19, Amazing group from the Philippines,I saluted them 👍👌🥰❤️♥️❤️‍🔥💖🇵🇭🙏🙏🙏

of his effort to initiate for the Best Interest of Filipino Artists..........

Meron man support o wala! Itinuloy nila ang pangarap nila! At ngayon kinikilala sila ng bansa at pati ibang bansa kinilala ang galing nila!!!

What I think happened is when Senator Bam Aquino or his staff called and invited them to planned the date (which eventually is September 28)when they can go to the Senate to be recognized and be honored for being the first home grown Filipino to represent the Philippines at the Lollapalooza and many more achievements, SB19 ask the Senator to have coffee with them at a coffee place to talk about it.

There was a short clip on a radio interview with Senator Bam, according to him he was surprised while having coffee with Josh and Pablo on May of this year, Josh suddenly opened his laptop and show him researches about the lack of Philippine agency for Creators to move quickly to go outside of the Philippines to represent the country and that could benefit the economy like what happened with South Korea’s KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency).

Whether we like it or not, kelangan tlga ng esbi makipagcollab sa politiko to do this, to make it happen. May nabasa kasi ako na isang A'TIN na disappointed abt it. Opinion ko lng to.

4:34 🇱🇦 Lao PDR is the Lao People's Democratic Republic, that's why it's also known, called, named, or referred to as Lao PDR or LPDR because of the People's Democratic Republic part of its offiical name, but more commonly it is known, called, named, or referred to as Laos (it is pronounced with the '-s' in English, like LAUS/LAHWS, but for us fellow Southeast Asians of the ethnic majority Lao people and the other Laotian people of Laos, we pronounce it even in English like or similar to its or their native pronunciation in Laos, which doesn't have or doesnt pronounce the '-s', thus making it a silent letter, like LAU/LAHW), and it is a landlocked country in Mainland/Peninsular/Continental Southeast Asia between Vietnam (Socialist Republic of Viet Nam/SRV), Cambodia (Kingdom of Cambodia) , Thailand (Kingdom of Thailand/also historically known as Siam), Myanmar (Republic of the Union of Myanmar/also formerly known as Burma), and China or Mainland China (People's Republic of China/PRC).

And that’s what makes SB19 different. They’re not just artists, they’re game-changers. They know how to use their influence and platform for something meaningful. I love how they’ve stayed true to their vision despite all the bashing and forced hate. Their vision has never been just about themselves but about uplifting the entire creative industry. Nothing but mad respect for these guys.

We the people is part of our government.
A) Initiated by government (parents) thru variius programs
Example:
• skills development
• product marketing (locally and internationally)
• national health program
• youth literacy program
• etc.
B) Initiated by the people and organizations (anak)
Communicating to the government your difficulties as a sector (farmers, IT, teachers, etc) or individuals (scholars, scientists, etc)
• resources (funding, logistics, etc)
• exposure
• problems encountered
• etc.

Bottom line, the people should work hand in hand with the government, and vise versa.

TRABAHO TALAGA NG MGA PULITIKO YAN! NGAYON NAG STEP-UP SB19, NAGAGAMIT PA NGA SA PULITIKA! NAKAKABWISIT!!

FYI.. VISA for Filipino entertainers started to become hard for them not because of the  Phil govt, it was because The US govt was the one who restricted it when some members of the staff of Regine Velasquez's entourage did not go back with them to the Philippines and became TNT in America after Regines  concert in LA sometime back in the early 20s.

Laos (silent s) is part of the 3 countries that used to make up what was formerly referred to as French Indochina - Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos.
Look at a map and learn a new thing every day ol' chap.

Nakakabilib ang SB 19 dahil they took up the cudgels for all the Filipino creative performers by lobbying for their interests in Congress.
