- This is by far the biggest project I've done on this channel, hope you enjoy the video, and if you're interested to help the rankings get better and more reliable, all the information is in the vid description.
- I was a bit worried about the big armor update coming up (but my understanding was that it would only touch the players armor, so I decided not to postpone the project); Grok confirmed it was the case, so outside of regular smaller updates, balance tweaks etc, we're good!
- The mod was tested for "Vanilla" Gamma, it runs fine on my machine, but let me know if you have any issues. Does not require new game, can be installed / removed safely anytime.

the best gun is the coolest looking one obviously

'I made a website so all this information is not gated behind a discord'
and for that Cheeki ascended to sainthood

This.... is so appreciated. Thank you for spending so much of your precious time & energy on this. I've just shared it with Grok and the team, absolutely wonderful.

Me putting a TGP-V suppressor on my not-at-all-subtle PKP Pecheneg:

"Hey, damage is damage."

AYYYY I don’t have to do this anymore!!! Gonna watch this tonight with some coffee. Everyone keeps asking me to make this but I hoped Null would come back or someone else would. 🙏🏻Thanks for the save🙏🏻 Though I’m scared the armor rework might mess this up with its changes to BR and BR class calculations.

Thanks Johnny Stalker for the demonstrasion

Cheeki "we're going deep"
2 seconds later "strap-on"
🤣

remember this is a mod for a game that is almost 2 decades old

Johnny just lighting up a smoke while you pelt him with buckshot 😂😂

I'm amazed no one did this kind of research and video before. You man are the legend! Keep it up!

Dude, I can’t even put into words how cool your project is and how perfectly timed it is for me. I love digging through nerdy weapon tables in games. Just a day ago I was trying to find charts for GAMMA with similar info so I could compare weapons and figure out the best balance between damage and maintenance cost myself, since I didn’t expect anyone to include such niche details in a table like that. And then I saw your video and the website. I was honestly speechless. I only started playing GAMMA about 40 hours ago and I’m already in love with the game, but your video multiplied my interest by like three times. Now I’m going to hunt down some of the most balanced guns I filtered on your site. Huge, huge thanks for the amazing work.

Chiming in, loving the video and the tool and thanks for your work. Just few elements:

- The armor is split between head, upper body and lower body. Hence arms and torso share the same armor value, the head has a separate armor value, and both legs have an armor value in common.
- Kind of a bummer that the stalker section is kind of empty while what really matters is recoil, armor penetration, rate of fire and ammo cost. And well 9x39 is best at close range with 9x21. 5.56 is a good all rounder, 5.45 is weaker but cheaper, 7.62x51 is the most versatile in the endgame when you actually buy all your ammo and 7.62x54r is good as long as you like DMRs. 7.62x39 balance is kind of half cooked atm and I’m planning to change it. 12.7x55 is really good as a DMR as well and .338 lapua is extremely expensive and most of the time overkill. But down the line 7.62x54PP is the best all in one solution (low recoil, big damage, ok penetration, easy to craft, not too expensive, big mag capacity, good optics, it’s just super heavy).
- I agree on the mutant part.
- The armor change is not gonna change anything because it will be for the player, not for NPCs.

If you need any help shoot me a PM on discord.

Grok is going to be a war criminal if he changes something in equasions

I will download GAMMA for just helping this list.

Nice vid! Especially impressed with the video editing – very high quality stuff.

Awesome work Cheeki! I will definitely look in depth at the current stats you have gathered, than ignore it and go for what feels best, but at least i will be able to recommend weapons to others, and will send them over to your site if they need help with picking guns.
But in all honesty, I am awed by your dedication. This seems like a huge project, and I'm kinda lowkey jealous I can't focus on something like this for long enough.
See you in the zone, Stalker

You are completely insane cheeki. I love it. Also love the "collective effort" attitude that the mod promotes!

15:11 if I remember correctly there's line in ammo.ltx for air resistance and bullet speed that changes hit and impulse/overall damage.
