I understand affordability I do, but for God sake Pueblo has a crime rate that is 375% higher than the national average. And you named it number one?

Watching Sandhill cranes that gathered for the night, rise up by the thousands in early dawn, is one of the most indescribable experiences- it truly took my breath away in awe!
Serious bucket list experience!

I am a born and raised Colorado boy. I’ve lived here my whole 51 years of life. We’re barely hanging on here in Denver. I’ve watched my home part of Denver become gentrified and it ended up cleaning it up nicely but it pushed us out. Now I’m living in Northglenn just north of Denver. Our 5 bed 2 bath large house with huge yards is currently $2700 a month. That’s only rent. Then tack on internet lights gas and water and it becomes nearly unaffordable for my wife and I.

A top 10 list of the poorest places in Colorado. Then say it's a good place to live, amazing.

Fort Morgan. Slaughterhouse central. 9 mos of the year it smells like death. The other 3 months are too cold to smell anything. Love your stuff!

I’m going to call BS on this list.

I would never ever ever pay $330,000 for a house in Fort Morgan. That is unbelievably crazy.

Absolutely hilarious you show mountains when talking about brush Colorado. It’s so close to Kansas and so far from the mountains that you cannot see them from brush you are a good 3 Hour drivefrom the mountains.

Sorry Briggs, your list is literally in reverse, if you leave out Craig. Las Animas, Lamar & La Junta , LOL. I've lived in several of these areas. Pueblo as #1? Sure, if you're in the cartel. You' must be smoking Colorado's finest.

In a few years hopefully I'll be moving back to Colorado with my daughter.🤞🏾

If you are retired check out medical facilities. I still remember folks flying from Ridgeway to Montrose carrying men injured by a huge explosion. You may be on your own if you cannot drive in deep snow or ice.

Brigg i love your videos. I live in Colorado the places you mentioned forgot to through in health care. Most people require health care. Either by body failing from age or health issues force you to be on ssdi or ssi. These areas you mentioned . Health care in non existent or minimal at best.
