Even if you have played ETS2 for years and own almost every trailer, there is a good chance you have never driven this one.

In this video, we take a look at one of the rarest trailers in ETS2, the Glass Transporter. I’ll explain why it is so difficult to find, how it works, and most importantly, how you can actually get a job with one.

We’ll look at:

Why the Glass Transporter is so rare
What cargo it is used to transport
The Fragile Cargo skill requirement
How to find it through Quick Jobs
How to find it through the Freight Market
Why you cannot buy or own this trailer
And finally, we’ll take it out on the road!

If you have ever driven the Glass Transporter before, let me know in the comments. And if you have never seen one, tell me if this is your first time seeing it!

We are all here to learn more about Euro Truck Simulator 2.

These are called inloaders, this is the glass variant, but there is also uncovered cement panel versions, there is a version that is for paper rolls, and they are in the USA, with a special licensed version that is 80' long that transports sidewall panels for subway cars.

I think I've used it once, maybe twice.

There are a few trailers that are not ownable so I haven't used them since we can use owned trailers. Glass transporter would be one , panel and car transporters would be the other examples. I used to tow all of them 3 often at the beginning of the game , and I hope that one day they will be purchasable.

They are also in external contracts, depending on your current truck location. I specialise in external contracts and external market, since I prefer live deliveries, all for the World of Trucks achievements too 😂

I've got one job before with it on the job market, and when I found yesterday that somebody modded it (and the car transport) for purchase by the player, I immediately got both and drove a job with it. And even if it is meant for 1.61, it also works at 1.59

Well, the "glass" trailers irl transport some cement blocks too, without the cover. Seen them many times in the Netherlands and Belgium. Most of the time I see Lanutti and their green trailers for glass. The cement blocks carrier trailer are mostly without company names.

Man, your videos are really good and informative, If I may, I would advise you making more “call to action” in your video at the beginning and in the middle, not only at the end, ask for a like and a subscribe as soon as you give good information, you’ll see how faster your followers grow, by the views your videos are getting I’m sure it’ll work. Unfortunately people forget to subscribe or like even though they are likely to, most of the viewers won’t watch until the end and that’s why asking before ending the video is crucial.

i used this trailer quite a lot and i knew it was for glass but i didn t know how it works for some reason i tought the glass is liquid and it is like a liquid trailer with a lower center of gravity
