I think this is the highest placement a Kirby player has ever gotten at a major! Props to Jejajeja for such an amazing performance! :D

10:37 Oooof...Kola got conditioned to fall into the classic Kirby reverse ledge guard: the suck and cuck.

anyone else happy that we live in a world of competitive smash where we see a good number of characters in competitive play instead of just 5 broken characters

You can tell this was a massive MU check for Kola. Each and every high up-b jejajeja did was punishable with most of Roy’s kit.

Kola usually loses these kind of matchups the first time around. You can't mash on Kirby, unfortunately; at least not as Roy. He's got arguably the best CqC in the game and low-profiles just by existing.

However, with some f-air walling, sneaky down-tilts and lightweight-abusing added to the mix, his weaknesses are quickly exposed and hopefully Kola won't have an issue with this MU in future matches.
