The 3 baseball hitting drills are the quarter drill which he learned from Chase Utley. The Bunt drills off a pitching machine, the tracking drill which is also off a pitching machine, and then he takes a few swings after. This is GOLDEN !!!!! As a dad / coach I'm looking for ways to get our kids better and I went over bunting with my son because I learned this is a great way of seeing the ball better. You verified what I was thinking !!!!!

Hi Jermaine. I really like your comments about hitting the balls up in the zone and focusing your tee drills that way. I love the high pitch, but am freezing up on them for some reason. I am swinging at the down and in breaking pitches way too often. Thanks.
