This video features an example training session for improving your team's fast-paced play.

Speaker Bennet Wiegert presented exercises and games at the 2nd HVNB/Hildesheimer Special Coaching Seminar in 2023, which he uses in training with the SC Magdeburg Bundesliga team. Wiegert emphasizes the importance of a consistent training objective, which is why his warm-up routine systematically prepares the players for fast-paced play training.

The HVNB/Hildesheimer Coaching Seminar has been offered by the Handball Association of Lower Saxony-Bremen (HVNB) since 1999 as continuing education for coaches with and without licenses.
