Greenland, the world's largest island, lies between the Arctic continent and the Arctic Ocean. 80% of its surface is covered by a thick ice sheet that has been accumulating for hundreds of millions of years, with some spots reaching as thick as 4 kilometers.

Greenland's winter lasts for approximately nine months per year. It covers an area of ​​approximately 2,170,000 square kilometers, nearly four times the size of Thailand. Despite its vast size, it has a population of only 60,000. Tensions between superpowers in this remote and frigid land are almost unimaginable.
