She was a squatter and is clearly blaming someone else for her problems and she’s angry because her plan didn’t work. You can’t take over someone else’s house.
Many years ago, I was renting a room in a house, the owners decided to Manage a fishing camp for a season, they asked one of their other tenants to manage the house and accept the rent, etc. They said he could watch the TV in their room. He knew when they were coming back. He basically moved into their room, and built a pyramid from over the bed in their room. My bedroom was next to theirs, they came home late at night on the day they said they were returning, it was about midnight and alll of a sudden I heard what the f***. They ended up sleeping the the spare bedroom down stairs.
She told you to get out lol you’re lucky she even let you put your belongings in her house while she was away.. as soon as she comes home your job is over and you get out
She was far to vague about that extra two weeks she should have been more specific. The housesitter didn't have to stay in the house 24/7 so why wasn't she looking for an apartment in that two weeks?
