The man himself. Steve. I’m dead lmao

"The man himself, Steve." (Holds up Alex) (Alex is a woman.)

I don't understand why they didn't offer a generic calendar for people who buy Lego flowers and such. When no-brand "lego" makers offer christmas trees and small themed cabins left and right, Lego left money on the table designing the calendars only kids in mind.

1:26 I… AM STEEEEV— oh wait hold up I’m not Steve

@patriciacintron7329 1 year ago

The Lego Friends are doing a sleepover so they have sleeping bags instead of beds.

I think I have LESS than 2hrs of playtime in minecraft yet I knew what most of the lego items were. Poor Alex being called the man himself. And uh, who chops down a tree with a shovel or hoe? 😂 Def getting this advent calendar for myself tho.

So. "Steve complete with a birthday cake and holding a whatever-this-is" ... But actually its Alex, complete with a wrapped christmas gift and holding a roll of sticky tape. Mkay. I'll take the rage bait. 🤣🤣

The mini-mini dolls are how they represent small children, rather than the adult characters. Friends and Disney sets use them too. For the price I can see the disappointment. Maybe kid dolls of Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff and Adult dolls of the king, queen, and Olaf. The baby Sven is very cute.

The candles in number 13 from the frozen calendar aren’t as random as it first appears; they’re St. Lucy/St. Lucia candles, traditionally meant to be worn as a candle crown to celebrate St. Lucy/St. Lucia day (which is December 13th), a day only really celebrated in Italy, Sweden, Norway, and maybe a couple other countries

As a Star Wars fan I've ordered the Lego City calendar.

I found this channel because I bought the Lego City advent calendar and I wanted to check that the cat in a box was just a cat in a box… and yep, it’s just a cat in a box.

However, I opened day 13 and for the life of me I couldn’t get that alien on her hand.

18:47 upon closer inspection I realised that the hands move 🤦🏾‍♀️

I’m new to LEGO as an adult, and your channel has been invaluable - from a new and very appreciative subscriber 🫶🏾

Bro, I'm going back to last year's Star Wars advent calendar

As a Harry Potter fan I’m definitely skipping the Harry Potter one this year. I don’t want random mini builds, I want builds to flesh out the new castle, which is why I much preferred the 2024 version.

The little train in the city one represents the little Christmas train from last year.

Thirteen years ago I made a snow golem (jack o’lantern head on the snowman body) costume for my kid for Halloween. May have to get the Minecraft calendar for her for Christmas this year for just that minifig. 🎃⛄️

I'd hoped watching this would save me money this year.
Instead I'm spending more than intended.
Thanks!

Thanks for the great reviews! We think you are spot-on. We loved LEGO City this year, and agree with you that the minifigs were superb -- esp. the boy in the Xmas tree costume! Happy holidays and warmest wishes for a healthy, joyful 2026. Play Well! J

As someone who enjoys Star Wars I kind of want that calendar now, no minifigs sure, but so many of the droids! And the tiny fixer guy (yeah for kids 2 of the days not having more than a tiny brick kind of sucks, but they are awesome!)
Great video by the way!
