Exposed steel, warm wood, huge windows—and just 14 homes. Xtsunuum caught my attention because it brings something different to Playa del Carmen real estate.
I live in Ciudad Mayakoba myself, so this tour starts with the neighbourhood: green spaces, cycling paths, basketball, a nearby school, and the everyday reasons I enjoy living here. Xcalacoco Beach is about eight minutes away by car in my experience.
