IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT AN ESSA IS READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know lots of people (including myself) use an essa its a plush that people use for comfort often with tactile simulation or it being cuddly it helps with panic attacks and meltdowns for most aswell lots of people customise them People with many different disabilities use them but these are the ones I've seen Schizophrenia Autism Adhd Anxiety Depression Misophonia Those are the most common ones but you dont need disability to own one Emotional Support Stuffed Animal It can be any Animal but cat and dog are most commonly used You can have as many as you want I have 2 sometimes you need to bond with them to make it easier for them to comfort you Ways you can bond: Feed it(you can make food with cardboard and clay and yarn and beads) Walk it (most of the time people buy gear such as collars, harnesses, leads, name tags, dog boots, muzzles,and people make stuff with kandi) You can train them(put them on the leash and teach them to walk and tricks like heel, middle, orbit, play dead, roll over stuff like that) WE KNOW THERE JUST STUFFED ANIMALS THERE NOT REAL!!!!!!!
