That was very sweet of your son to offer to help you. Isn't it a wonderful feeling knowing you raised your children to be good people.

I agree with you. My very top options to spookyfy your home would be: creepy cloth, black bats, spiderwebs, bone collection. Just that can add so much oomph. Especially if you can pair it with what might be a little more victorian/creepy anyway or some existing fall decor like pumpkins.

I absolutely love how you decorated for Halloween this year. It reminded me of years ago when I first started watching you. A silent follower, but I’ve been here since the beginning. You decorate so beautifully I absolutely love what you did with the spell book pages.

If I could hit 1000 likes, you got it. Nothing like this is out there, not even the Spooky house in my neighborhood that atracts thousands of people every year. Amazing!

I have small children and our guests also have small children - so the theme is usually my personally favorite - gothic - as this is what I have for decorations 😅

For kids I’m creating an obstacle course in a spare room - the floor is lava - as an inspiration - with stepping stones, tunnel, ball pit and etc.

I was watching your Halloween party preparation video with how you made spooky delicious snacks.

OK, I had to laugh because I have the very same “Don’t summon demons in the bathroom” sign.😂 IYKYK

I love your home decor! You should be a set designer. You are so very talented ❤ your children will always treasure growing up in their home. ❤

I went Molly Weasely in our family room (flannel, felt, pumpkins, my knitting basket), and did a Sherlock-inspired spooky bookcase in our office. And of course, leaves eeeeeverywhere. This is fun, thanks for sharing!

I love my Halloween and Christmas villages, but I HATE how many plug they take 🙄😤 As much as I would like to have each house lit up the way it cold be, I have found a compromise that works well for me. I set up my village and then run string lights (or fairy lights) in and throughout the entire village. This lights everything up, it’s cohesive and it only uses 1-2 plugs, depending on how I have things set up. I typically use orange lights for Halloween and white for Christmas. It might not be for everyone, but it’s something to keep in mind and try out if you can’t find your plugs. I’m loving the different themes you have set up this year!
