No kind fisherman, human friendly pigs, or magically cleaned canteens ? Itâs almost like the men are actually on their own, trying to survive. While the woman are part-time.

Sam actually went to jail for breaking into Vics home and stealing his TV a few months after this show was done! He finally got the respect from Vic :DD

compare sam's determination diplomacy and mindset to the others that have been alienated throughout the series and it honestly shows a lot of character. dude knew when he had to earn back respect and absolutely nailed it. bringing in 2 dozen fish doesnt hurt too XD

Feel so sorry for Will. You could see he truly grasped the idea that this was a once in a blue moon experience. He wanted all he could..and sadly, he got it.

This episode once again shows how good of a person Vic is. He held some grudges against Sam, but when Sam prooved him wrong, he admitted that he was wrong.
Respect, Vic !

Good on the guy that quietly pulled Sam aside and peacefully tried to work it out. That was very mature and a genuine character move

Actually, Vic's quite the hypocrite. When he complains, he's always right. When someone says we need to make use of the daylight, which is very reasonable, he's upset.

Kudos to Sam for not taking Vic's word at heart and breaking himself and the group...his decision to prove him wrong was awe inspiring put in his place

Sam Farmar......that's the Man. Massive respect for his courage and will to carry on given the criticism.

44:23 it just shows how vulnerable people really are to nature. Itâs a crucial reminder.
