とてもわかりやすく、面白いですね❗️話し方など、大変参考になりました。
昨年6月より膝を痛めて、今は何とか杖がなくても歩ける様になりましたが、要支援1の認定を受けております。
近くの公民館に週1回体操に行って居ましたが今は止めて居ます。人と会う事もなくなり、最近はいつも眠いのです。
これでは行けないと考えてデイサービスを利用してみようかな？と思って居ます。色々詳しく後説明頂き感謝です。

ところは質問があります。
ビデオの中にリハビリデイサービスがあるとおしゃっていましたが、このデイサービスはデイケアのことでしょうか。
