I met Linh's mom in Hanoi, and she invited me to their family’s village.

While I was there, I had the opportunity to experience a traditional Vietnamese wedding and even carry an offering to the bride’s family.

This was an amazing experience. I feel blessed every day to be able to experience different cultures around the world 🇻🇳

Your new mother-in-law will move in, cook, clean, and care for the children better than anyone ever could, and never ask for anything in return. You marry the family!

Thanks for sharing. I love that people like us are visiting and moving to Vietnam. When we went in 2018, our relatives and friends couldn't believe we would pick Vietnam for vacation. They were afraid for us, but we weren't afraid at all. We saw no African-Americans the entire two weeks we were there in Hanoi, Hoi An, and HCMC. When we returned home, we told everyone how wonderful Vietnam is and it has become our favorite country. They couldn't believe it.😂😂😂 8 yrs later, Vietnam has blown up thanks to social media and it's no longer a great mystery. We love the people there and will be visiting again soon, and possibly moving there as well.

Im back in New Zealand after being in Vietnam for 7 months. I met the most beautiful local people and have made life long friends. This video is great!!! Vietnamese are some of the best people ever.
