Join us in Albufeira, Portugal 🇵🇹 as we head out to experience the two biggest nightlife areas in town and answer the big question…
THE STRIP or THE OLD TOWN – which is BEST for a night out in Albufeira? 🍻
We start our night on The Strip, Albufeira's famous nightlife area, where the bars, restaurants, music and party atmosphere take over the streets. We explore the area, check out the bars, have a few drinks and see what The Strip is really like once the sun goes down.
Before heading to the Old Town, we stop for something to eat at Dune Restaurant, right at the top of The Strip, and then it's time to make our way across Albufeira.
And that's where things get interesting…
We decide to take a TukTuk down to the Old Town – and let's just say we're not entirely convinced we're going to make it there alive! 😂
Once we arrive, we explore Albufeira Old Town, including the famous main square and Bar Alley, checking out the atmosphere, bars and nightlife that make this part of town completely different from The Strip.
So which one wins?
🍻 The Strip – big bars, music, partying and a full-on nightlife atmosphere
🍹 The Old Town – smaller bars, atmosphere, the famous square and a very different night out
We've experienced both, had a few drinks, eaten some great food and put them head-to-head…
