Just in case you missed the text on screen:  You do get Mind Spike from Adept and this is a combat  divination feat.  You can use that for recharging Intervention in combat but it is a concentration spell and frankly it isn't a great spell in general.  However, if your goal is to get a Intervention back in combat and you want the option to cast something bigger and make it land it may be a way to deal with one round of combat.  It is not as good of a solution as it sounds, and it doesn't even sound that great.  It is better at 6th level significantly though as you will get the Intervention recharged and get another first level slot to potentially get yet another one (or whatever).

I hope you found it useful!

I should've seen this coming.

It would be interesting to see at least a quick spin build for each of the eight wizard schools paired with their respective adept feats... Illusionist with Illusion Adept, Conjurer with Conjuration Adept etc. etc.

Prescient Intervention. Building one of these for a campaign starting Sunday night!

... great-stuff!

Vero nice build !
The main drawback I see is that your concentration is going to be weaker since you delay war caster. You'd probably rely on the inspiration from tireless.

Arcane omens would also be a flavorful pick as origin feat.
Not sure it's more powerful than tireless reveler, but it does give you guidance.

this need a boost like to manipulate destiny( or the algorithme) come on folks!

Are we going to do a build like this for every magic school subclass and wizard adept feat?

Portent rolls should be able to be used AFTER the roll is made. If the whole idea is I am seeing into the future to avoid certain things, I should be able to see the roll, then change actions to influence the future. Besides, I will almost NEVER use portent rolls when I really need to.

I understand you do pure class builds, but I have a question.  Would Lore Bard (Cutting Words and Bardic Inspiration) be a good multiclass for the theme/concept of the build in the video?

Prescient Intervention doesn't require a spell slot be expended. It only requires a Divination spell be cast.
True Strike is a Divination cantrip.
You're welcome.

what level is this mf that he can cast bless on 2.2k targets?

Best of luck with future videos and I wish you good health. The thumbnails are a hard line for me. Not to moral grandstand, I'm not better than anyone. Its just an instant turnaway for me.

Thanks for another great video. I know we discussed this in your previous video but the more I think about it the less I’m liking this feat. The ability is great, no doubt but I don’t think you’ll be able to use this enough to be worth the cost of it. You’re giving up a feat slot which delays warcaster, which I think is a more powerful  feat.  And a reaction to use it. And a spell slot to recharge it. And if you want another use of it in combat, you’re mostly wasting a turn. This feels too taxing imo. I’d love to hear about people using this feat well and maybe I’ll change my mind but give me warcaster and keep up my reaction and spell slots for shield and silvery barbs. Am I crazy for thinking this?
