It wasn't banned for any horror shenanigans, it was banned because the author put racist slurs in the configuration and code.

"The sheep looked at me weird" is something a guy carrying a cleaver  in the forest would say.

I think the logic here is it makes you unable to kill some mobs so they can “go warn others” and spread the fear, like how a crazed killer would leave somebody alive to live in fear after watching a slaughter.

"I'm gonna build a base."
The Game: Horror mobs don't have BASES, silly! deletes everything

I really like this mod because i could almost view it as if Vivilly WAS the horror. The other mobs like the Iron Golem, villagers and even the wolves seemed to view him as hostile. Every couple of nights, he had to hunt, like how horror mods occasionally pop up every few nights to harm you. And the way animals froze in fear when he was around, plus him spawning with a full on butcher knife. The whole setup made him the monster, hunting others instead of BEING hunted. Super cool, wish there was more

Vivilly not noticing his hunger was halfway full in the beginning and each time he killed a mob it went up is kinda frustrating lol

You're running after a villager with a cleaver saying "don't run from me" ...

26:08 one thing i noticed so suddenly after this "hunting time" is that you got your 10th heart back...

17:06 "I'm gonna place an anvil here too since I have one"

The ever humble cursed anvil of Doom, Despair and Everything Unfair:

23:35 I just realised that if you don’t kill enough mobs the night before, the hunting number  goes up. You were at 0/6 the night before and now you’re at 0/8. Each time you seem to complete the hunting mission, you get to sleep.

i think in this mod, you as in YOU are the monster, and you took over your character’s life. (kinda of like deltarune when you “override” kris’ save (their life))

31:46 "that's not supposed to be there isn't it?🤔" ahh pressure plate

Something that I noticed immediately is the inventory player. It refuses to track your mouse like normal, staring forward like it knows the sins it’s committing and refusing to acknowledge you’re having it commit them. I think Vivilly’s dead eyes thanks to his skin makes the effect even worse

"I wanna be able to see outside without going outside." They're called windows, Viv.

21:04 you need a house, but that event just happened as a coincidence

14:44 I believe that vivally is playing as a phsyco killer who’s killing people while being hunted by others. And as time goes by. He gets hallucinations

27:25 the durability was still in the green. It wasnt low.

"im not the bad person here"  said the dude carrying a butcher knife

31:49 the fact he actually waited a second and blew the eff up 😭 idk why that made me laugh

34:49 the anvil blushed
