Here I return to a previous client's property where I previously repaired and regraded their backyard: Fixing Backyard Lawn with Drainage Issues
This time I'm back to install a new Techo-Bloc paver patio. The backyard has a decent slope, so the first step is cutting into the existing grade and building a flat, properly prepared base before we can start laying pavers.
For the excavation and grading I'm using my Bobcat E50 R2-Series equipped with a Steelwrist tilt rotator, which makes working around the house and fine grading the patio area considerably easier. From excavation and base prep through laying and finishing the pavers, this video follows the patio installation from dirt to finished product.
Equipment Used:
Excavator: 2022 Bobcat E50 R2-Series
Tilt Rotator: Steelwrist X06 S40 with Integrated Grab & S40 Quick Coupler
Pavers: Techo-Bloc

I personally would have done a raised patio in this situation (if in customers budget) but this way works as well.
