I should’ve put the prices in the video but all of these were under $2300

Number one rule of apartment hunting, if the rental/deal seems too good to be true 99.999999% it’s a scam. Y’all stay safe out there!!

Thanks so much for sharing. This was very informative and helpful and indeed having an apartment with natural light is ✔️

I’ve been coming back to this video and replaying it for the last several months, especially throughout my apartment search. 🥺 I just landed my DREAM apartment in NYC and had to come back and say thank you. This video helped me stay encouraged, hopeful, and grounded even when things weren’t working out the way I wanted them to. It really carried me through this season more than you know. Thank you so much for sharing this. 🤍

Good tips and good extra info!

I would love the subway sounds. ♥️

It would be helpful to list prices and square footage

1st apt, no go!

I like the one by the subway

That first apartment was terrible… wondering why you tried to hype it up. It was a mess, and dirty. If they’re showing the apartment in that state then that’s a red-flag

nice energy

Since I’m born and raised in nyc and now in Texas . I would pick Washington heights in Manhattan.

Hi! Great video, what was the name of the leasing agents for the 4th tour??

I wish you could help, show me around.I am trying find a place with a voucher I found nothing yet.

Hey I’m needing some help finding somewhere a voucher is accept it can you help me?

May I know what websites you used to find these apartments?

Unless you're taking the MetroNorth or PATH train all nyc trains are disgusting and sketchy

you're a landlord?

The first one......gross!!!

Oh my. That first unit was a no! 😬
